Fundraising Services

The relationship with a client is managed through a dedicated (in both senses of the word!) fundraising consultant who is the main provider of services to the client. They will manage any additional services required, maximising the chances of a coherent and consistent delivery of services.

The main services offered are:

  • Fundraising Audits & Reviews
  • Fundraising Strategies
  • Fundraising Research
  • Needs Analysis and Community Consultations
  • Business Planning
  • Capital Fundraising Support, Mentoring & Management
  • Revenue Fundraising Support, Mentoring & Management
  • Turn-Key Capital Development Service - from Needs Analysis and Fundraising to Design and Build
  • Senior Staff Induction, Training & Mentoring

The work programme and consultancy input is designed with the client to meet their particular needs.

Most clients have specific fundraising needs whether capital or revenue and these are outlined in more detail in the links on this page.

Quality Counts!

UCS takes client satisfaction very seriously and has a demanding 24 measure post contract satisfaction survey. In 2008 the survey resulted in a 100% score, on all 24 measures rated, of "Very Good" or "Good".

We are proud of that and even prouder that it is the fifth year in a row that we have reached this standard. For 2009 we shall raise the bar by adding an "Exemplar" satisfaction level to each category and our objective will be to reach 50% Exemplar rating within two years.
